According to the licencing notice on CTAN, specific permission from
the author is required for commercial use (only).

Clearly, this was intended to afford some protection to preexisting
BSR and Y&Y commercial interests ;=)

Equally clearly, Malyshev will now drop this restriction since those
commercial interests have been abandoned ;=)

That's my pious hope.
