TTF2BPL

has anyone ever heard of this utility?

It seems to depend on VFLib, but Kakugawa (author of VFLib) has never
heard of it. It has been used to convert Japanese TTFs into BPL and
then GSF, only these fonts have no authors name, no address, nothing.
Altavista, Yahoo, Archie, give no results. Absolute vacuum.

Any help would be appreciated
