    Odly though, Scala Sans hasn't made it. 

I guess I was hoping that the s variant would suffice.  Should have
known better.  Actually I don't remember when this got added.

I guess we could give s9 to scala sans.

    If you want I can provide a fontfont.map for the Scala and Scala Sans fonts
    I have been working on. Including it also needs a change in texfonts.map.
