TexLive4 CD

I purchased the Lucida Bright + Lucida New Math package from YandY.

I am attempting to use the fonts with the Web2C package on the TeXLive 4 CD.

I found the following map file:

	../TeX/texmf/fontname/yandy.map

This file contains three columns of information:

...
	hlcbot8a  LucidaTypewriterBoldOblique                   lbtbo
...

etc.

The third column corresponds to the file name that was provided by yandy
for the pfb and tfm files. I suppose the first column is the name that the
Web2C wants to use.

How do I tell TeX to use this map file?
