There is a TeX package named "Ibycus" for Classical Greek,
and another one named "Arabtex", which support also Hebrew,
with right-to-left writing. There are TeX systems which do
already include these, or you can obtain the packages
from CTAN.

If you are limited to a particular TrueType font, this is likely
not to work with TeX. At least, you will need an expert to help
you.
