[Fontinst] fontinst archive rebuilt

I've rebuilt the fontinst archives on tug.org:
  http://tug.org/pipermail/fontinst/

The new archive includes messages going back to 1998, thanks to Ulrik
and Lars contributing their personal archives.  I reconstructed later
messages from the mhonarc archives on tug.org using Anthony W's mhn2mbox
program (http://www.albany.net/~anthonyw/mhonarc/mhn2mbox) with some hacking.

If anyone has older messages, or sees problems in what's there, let me know.
