[Fontinst] Fontinst Problem ?

Hi,

I've got the following problem using Fontinst with the charter font for sample

If i used pdflatex to generate the following code, i got the following errors
(charter.tex )

But i got no errors with pdftex.

  Is it normal ? Does anybody should help me to try to compile the source 
with pdflatex without erros
