[metapost] Colliding identifiers in MP.W

Dear list,

While skimming MP.PDF, I noticed a collision of identifier 
'mp_color_model' in MP.C and MPLIB.H:

CWEB source file MP.W _exports_ 'enum mp_color_model' to MPLIB.H in 
section 208, but _uses_ macro '@d mp_color_model' from section 467 
internally. (The '#include "mplib.h"' in MP.C doesn't seem to be 
harmfull at this time, but who knows. ;o)
