[tex-k] cm-super fails

I built new dvips in my source.development branch, installed it and 
the error message is gone:
 dvips -o xxx -u cm-super test.dvi
 This is dvips(k) 5.86e Copyright 2001 Radical Eye Software (www.radicaleye.com)
 ' TeX output 2001.11.02:1856' -> xxx
 <texc.pro><cm-super-t1.enc><texps.pro>. <sfrm1200.pfb>[1]
