ctan changes:

i've moved graphics/psfig to the nonfree/ tree, together with the similar
stuff under systems/mac/textures (which was supposedly all "free stuff" for
textures users).

can't do anything about the dvips distribution, of course.  (or, even less,
about the oztex distribution, for which psfig makes provision.  but that's
shareware, so in nonfree/ already.)
