[tex-k] error lines used inconsequently

(la)tex has the nice option --file-line-error-style (BTW: is this
standard or only in your version of tex). With this option programs can
better parse the output of tex. But it's use inconsequently. If a file
isn't found, the error messages goes over three lines and doesn't follow
this option. And warnings are resistant for this option, they have with
and without the same lookout.

Please, could you change this, that all error and warning messages get
the same style.
