[tex-k] Bug#266718: dvips font inclusion broken in TeXlive

I get the same incorrect .ps file from current TL dvips (with the
patches I applied today) on i386-linux.  .dvi and .ps attached for the
record.

Akira, could you please send me a zip file of your actual sources and I
will compare?

Also, perhaps more critically, it seems we have different config.pdf
files.  At least the resolution is different, and the "compressed" flag
is different, which is apparently coming out of a config or map file.
And "compressed" is definitely affecting the output, like whether
tex.pro or texc.pro gets used, not to mention whether full or partial
fonts are downloaded.

So can you send me your config.pdf and config.ps and psfonts.map (and
any map file included by your config.pdf), too, please?

I also note that there are other differences in the output -- the
bounding box is different by one, and "%%PaperSize: a4" vs. "A4".  I
hope we can straighten those out too.
