Non-human users of TeX Live

Hi

Many users of TeXLive are not human beings. They are completely automated
computing processes.

Here's an example of how it happens, from a recent post to this list:

Unfortunately, I'm not at all experienced with LaTeX, and we're only
> pulling the dependency in by happistance of something else depending
> on it to generate pdf reports.


I'd like some of us to focus on making TeX easier for these non-human
users, or rather for the people who manage the non-humans.
