[tex4ht] ePub generation

Hi all! (Hi Karl!, Hi CVR!)

Random walks on the Internet have let me believe that there is "some"
ongoing work to use tex4ht to generate eBooks.  I couldn't find any
real web page though, just emails (with whom will soon live this one
:).

Is there really something?  What's the status?

(FWIW, this is what I can get from tex4ht which I would like to
convert to eBook:
