I answer myself: it is enough to replace:

  \RequirePackage{hyperref}

by:

  \AtBeginDocument{\RequirePackage{hyperref}}

I tested \AtEndOfClass which was unsuccessful. But I didn't try
\AtBeginDocument because executed near the end of the \begin{document}
code, so I believed it was forbidden at a so late stage).

I hope this trick has no side effect...
