[tex4ht] [bug #240] Images in subdirrectories not included correctly in the ODT output

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #240 (project tex4ht):

It was little bit more difficult than I thought to adapt configuration in the
.cfg file to tex4ht-ooffice.tex, but the patch is finally here.
