[tex4ht] [bug #271] Wrong characters in PCR family

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #271 (project tex4ht):

yes, maybe the char images could be generated at higher resolution and text
characters can be saved as images with slimer.js or other headless browser. so
this could be doable, I think. Imagemagick seems like easy and familiar tool
to use :)
