[tex4ht] [bug #319] tex4ht changes plain text -- when in lualatex mode to HEX 15

Fyi, I just rebuild the document, using the original latex.4ht,
and the math shows up. I kept the document which had no math
show up (build using the fixed latex.4ht on-line also, to compare
and renamed it:
