[tex4ht] [bug #330] tex4ht fails to compile footnote when there is blank line with scrartcl class

    I could not find scrlettr
    class, even thought this PDF says there should be such class.

1) I think that PDF is old.  There has not been a koma-script.pdf in TL
since 2005.  (In general, I'm doubtful of ctex.org as a canonical source.)

2) scrlettr.cls was removed from koma-script as of TL'14.
