[tex4ht] [bug #163] Make tex4ht aware of \cellcolor colortbl's command

Follow-up Comment #1:

I think this issue had been fixed already. I've found another issue though,
and that the \columncolor took precedence over \rowcolor, which is different
to the normal LaTeX behaviour. It should be fixed now.
