[tex4ht] [bug #591] adding \fbox around \includegraphics makes it lose the centering when using tex4ht

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #591 (project tex4ht):

I am afraid that this issue doesn't have a solution that is universal. You
need to provide your custom CSS for this level of styling. I've provided an
example at TeX.sx.
