Is there any reason, Bill, why virtually every line apart from the first 
four starts not with an opening "<" as one might expect, but instead 
with a closing ">", the tag being closed being at the end of the 
previous line ?  Small fragment below, not inserted as quote as that may 
add further ">" symbols in some e-mail clients.
