Using the "Open ~/Library/TeXShop" menu item in the menu titled "TeXShop", go to the

	~/Library/TeXShop/Engines/Inactive/GhostscriptTransparencyEngines

folder and read the various items inside, including typesetting engines to handle this problem and a READ-ME explanation.
