[XeTeX] Bidi equation numbering

Thank you for the example. I do not have Apple Hebrew, so I used Raanana
as the font. Here is the example, but whenteh equation is set RTL, the
number appears as )1( .
The I use \setLTR, and it comes out (2).
To be sure, I used \normalfont.
