Well, the first one does indeed exist, but seems to require password
authorization. I hope, we'll eventually get to hear something from
Barbara or Pattrick about the intended public release of STIX tables,
and the location where the files will be put.
As for the second one, the URL did indeed exist for a week, but has
disappeared since. I'm still hoping that it will return eventually.
(The old version appeared in mid-March, about four weeks after the
release of the HTML version of PR-Math.) Incidently, I happen to
have a copy of that file locally, which I donwloaded on April 2.
