Math Arrows and Harpoons continued


Hi all, 

I just uploaded a new draft of the arrows&harpoons font
to my web page:

   http://www.cybercomm.nl/~bittext/fonts/arrows.html

This is draft three, with a lot of improvements and even some TeX
macros so you can play with the font yourself if you want.

Fixes include (amongst many others):
	  - angled and flat headed wavy arrows
	  - re-encoding to improve on the overall logic
	  - the TFM has some extensbile info for the up&down arrows
	  - redesigned triangle heads
