Ralph Youngen of the AMS recently stated on
another list that 

 > Creating additional point sizes is not in the immediate plans.

I conclude that the many fonts provided exclusively by the BaKoMa
series alone, will remain BaKoMa.  They are fonts that I would use
routinely in a math book to be published electronically in any of
the formats DVI, PS or PDF.

Another point, the heart of BaKoMa is automation of 

                   MF ==> type1

and its secrets have not yet been fully published.

Can we hope?
