TL 2024 cannot be installed on some Windows computers

Correspondent denis.bitouze at univ-littoral.fr reports a Windows installation problem:

>> TLUtils::install_packages: Failed to install tlperl.windows

Perhaps the file tlperl.windows.r69939.tar.xz did not download completely.

At the CTAN mirror in Utah, I find

	% ls -l tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet/archive/tlperl.windows.r69939.tar.xz
	-rw-rw-r-- 1 mirror mirror 10600216 Feb 17 17:51 tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet/archive/tlperl.windows.r69939.tar.xz

	% md5sum tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet/archive/tlperl.windows.r69939.tar.xz
	6a8162c63090d6e2dc302dcc5ee130be tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet/archive/tlperl.windows.r69939.tar.xz

When I uncompress the tar.xz file, I get

	% ls -l tlperl.windows.r69939.tar
	-rw-rw-r-- 1 beebe wheel 86835200 May 13 12:30 tlperl.windows.r69939.tar

	% md5sum tlperl.windows.r69939.tar
	63469e02848de588a027a9d6b8e3493b  tlperl.windows.r69939.tar

Can you verify the filesizes and MD5 checksums at your end?
