biber biber-linux-musl outdated in TeX Live

Hi,

it looks like TeX Live for the linux-musl platform has an outdated
version of biber (v2.19) instead of the current version 2.20.

I provide the biber-linux-musl package on CTAN (as a contributor for
Philip Kime). The current version has been available at
https://ctan.org/tex-archive/biblio/biber/biber-linux-musl since late
March. However, it didn't get picked up for TeX Live 2024. As there
have been some issues raised, could someone please look into this?
Maybe this update got lost in the preparation for TeX Live 2024.
