biber biber-linux-musl outdated in TeX Live

    it looks like TeX Live for the linux-musl platform has an outdated
    version of biber (v2.19) instead of the current version 2.20.

My apologies. Updated for tonight, I hope.

I note that musl is unlike all other biber platforms in that the tar
with the binary is not compressed. (That new case is what made the
update be missed back in March.) gzip would save about 5mb. FWIW :).
