Sorted: Line lengths with polyglossia in Cantonese and Japanese

These values are ok and quite universal, however, the devil is in the
details (spacing before and after latin words embedded in CJK,
no-breaks before punctuation, etc.) – especially the Japanese kinsoku
shori rules are quite convoluted...

However, for your purpose the above solution should be fully
sufficient, I guess.
