[EXT] Re: TL 2024 cannot be installed on some Windows computers

Dear Philip,

I would be *VERY* grateful if you could stop sending emails in txt and
HTML format, where the txt format does NOT properly indicate who wrote
what by prefixing it with the correct number of >.

If your mailer is not capable of following the proper standards of email
communication, please set it to NOT send HTML emails.
