Thank you for taking care of this. Ken Sharp's reply fortunately
confirms my observations so far. Since dvisvgm requires GS to be called
with -dNOSAFER anyway, nothing needs to be changed or added here. The
recent versions should still work with the upcoming GS 10.04.0.
